Mastitis adalah penyakit yang terjadi akibat infeksi pada kelenjar ambing. subklinis jenis mastitis tidak menunjukkan gelaja klinis tapi dapat menyebabkan kerugian ekonomi besar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui kejadian MDR (Multi Drug Resistant) disebabkan oleh bakteri Staphylococcus aureus dan Streptococcus agalactiae di Peternakan sapi perah Nongkojajar, Pasuruan. Bakteri resisten lebih dua antibiotik dianggap sebagai multiple drug resistant (MDR). Screening dilakukan menggunakan reagen CMT ( California Test ). Penelitian merupakan deskriptif. Hasil bahwa Multi Resistant ) Sapi Perah Pasuruan sebesar 15,6% 41,6%.
